Dress Code Guidelines

YWCPA Dress Code 

 

YWCPA students will wear uniforms every school day.

The uniform requirement is:

Ø present a positive image and promote school unity

Ø support safety by allowing outsiders to be easily identified

Ø reduce distraction related to clothing choices

 

YWCPA Uniform Dress Policy

Ø There is a formal uniform check each day during the first-class period.

Ø Students should wear the prescribed uniform, as designated by the school. Students are not allowed to change clothes prior to school dismissal or on the school bus.

Ø Only white undershirts are allowed to be worn under uniform blouses.

Ø Uniforms must be neat and clean each day. Buttons should be appropriately sewn on.

 

Full Dress Uniform is required every day for the first two weeks of school and every Tuesday & Thursday thereafter. Also, additional full dress uniform days may be announced.

Ø Blazer

Ø Plaid skirt

Ø White button-down shirt

Ø Plaid tac tie for middle school/plaid necktie for high school

Ø White knee socks

Ø All black leather/simulated leather shoes

 

 

Physical Education Uniform Policy

Every student is required to purchase a physical education uniform from the school at the cost of $25.00.
