Transcripts

An official record of a student’s grades, credits, and standardized test results is referred to as a transcript.  Transcripts are most often requested when applying for admission to a college or university and for scholarships. Transcripts are sent at the written request of a student or parent dependent upon the student's age.   An official transcript contains a seal and is sent in a sealed envelope. If a transcript is opened by anyone other than the addressee, the transcript is no longer considered official.

Effective, November 7, 2022, HISD Alumni Transcripts and Student Record will no longer be issued in person at the Hattie Mae White Administrative building. 

Individuals must request transcripts and other student records by accessing this website: https://houstonisdtx.scriborder.com.

Requestors will incur an $8.00 fee for processing.

 The Student Records Department has contracted with Scribbles Software to implement an innovative delivery of transcripts and expedite record processing, beginning November 7, 2022. 

HISD alumni will no longer be required to come to the Hattie Mae White Administration building in person to request and receive transcripts or student records. Transcripts will no longer be issued in person under any circumstances.
